All ads should be submitted as single page PDF/X-1a2001 PDF files; no printer’s marks, no bleed.
Ads for separate markets should be created as separate PDF files and labeled accordingly.
All files should use the following identification: client name_ad size_market_issue date — ie.: PapaJoes_1/2_J_112016.pdf
ALL ADS SHOULD BE CREATED IN INDESIGN.
Documents should be set up to ad size and include an 1/8" bleed and 1/8" margin, with all text inside the live area.
Raster images used within the document should be 300 dpi; CMYK or Grayscale; saved as TIFF, PSD
Vector art used within the document should be CMYK or Grayscale; saved as EPS, AI
Coupons should appear on the bottom or right side of the ad.
Provide a packaged final document; include all supporting links, fonts and pdf.
